    Returns / Exchanges:  On all cork products, if you are dissatisfied, I request that the product be shipped back to the address below for any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges.  You cover the cost of shipping on the return.  I will do my best to make sure that you get a product that fits your needs.

    Please allow 3-5 business days for me to make, process, and ship your order.  

    Shipments go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Any orders done on the weekend will begin processing on Monday. 

    I will do my best to get your order out in a timely manner, but please keep in mind, I am also a single person business, but a full time wife, mom, and homeschool my three kiddos.  

     

  • Caring for your wallet:

    To clean:

    Cork is a natural anti-microbial product, which means that the material will not harvest germs, and will in fact try to kill any germs that land on it.  But there are times when things happen, such as spills or "kids" and our wallets need to be cleaned.  If this is the case -simply wet a washcloth with warm water and soap and wipe the wallet down, then allow to air dry. 

    Possible fraying:

    Each wallet is sewn and then glued/sealed along the outside edges to limit fraying of the cork leather.  However, the top of the wallet may experience some fray over time.

    If you have a bit of fraying of your wallet opening, simply trim the frayed edges with a pair of small scissors.
