Get this. Did you know that an an average day modest estimates have suggested that our bodies are exposed to over 700,000 different toxins - each and every day! Research shows some estimates even say it is not uncommon to be exposed to 2,100,000 toxins on an average day. I don't know about you, but that is CRAZY RIDICULOUS!!! In fact, the estimates go even further to show that the United States is one of the most toxic with an estimation of 70,000 chemicals in commercial use, and many of these chemicals have not even been tested on humans to find out how they will effect the human body and its health. And these chemicals are everywhere! From chemicals in our foods, to the air we breathe, the clothing we wear, the carpet we walk or lay on, even the cleaners we use, the body care products that touch our bodies everyday....the list is nearly endless.

I understand that it is almost impossible to get down to zero toxin exposures in a day, but I do know, from personal experience that you can easily and simply reduce the amount of toxins you and your family are exposed to by what you use in your homes, on your bodies, the medicines you use for health support, even the foods that you eat. Health and wellness is not just about dieting and exercising, about getting enough sleep or reducing your stress levels. Your ultimate health is being downgraded every day by all of the dirty chemicals and toxins that cross our path and we can so easily make a change for the better using natural products and ingredients for our ultimate wellness.

When we first began our wellness journey my first go-to were books. I LOVE to read and to learn new information and I went to those who traveled the natural path before me to learn all that I could. My favorite part is having these books on hand again and again for any time I need a new DIY, cleaning recipe, or a simple herbal remedy to help with an ailment from one of the kiddos. I started with essential oil books because that is where we began our journey, but now knowing how many toxins are in our skin and cleaning supplies, I have also added to my collection of books to keep on hand.

If you want to be proactive in your journey to limit the amount of toxins that you and your family are exposed to, if you want to find a way to provide more natural solutions to your home and health care, and if you want to have easy access to recipes, DIYS, and amazing all natural products that you can integrate every day for your ultimate health and wellness - these books are for you!

If you are just beginning your journey, think about where you want to start. Is it your cleaning products? Your health and wellness support? What about all of those things that you put on your body with hidden toxins in them (shampoos, bath soaps, lotions, etc...) Choose an area you think would be an easy starting place for you and your family and then grow from there. One step at a time, one day at a time.

If you someone who is well into this journey and are loving traveling this path, then I guarantee you will love adding one of these books to your collection too! I absolutely LOVE being able to go to my books, grab a recipe, and make away knowing that everything that goes into that product is 100% natural, toxin-free and supports my family's health and wellness at the same time.
