All Natural Mouthwash

8 oz small mason jar or glass jar

8 oz distilled water

3 drops guardian essential oil

3 drops clove essential oil

2 drops eucalyptus essential oil

1 tsp baking soda

Add water to the glass jar, then add baking soda and oils. Place lid on and gently shake to blend oils with soda and water. Use as needed to rinse mouth after eating or after brushing your teeth. Rinse mouth for 30-60 seconds. Do not swallow the mouthwash.

(Clove is one of the best oils for dental care, so I would suggest leaving that oil in, but if you would like alternative oil tea tree is a great option to switch out with the eucalyptus or guardian)
